Hayden Katz is a supply chain professional and business student at the University of South Florida with experience across procurement, strategic sourcing, and operations in high-impact industries — including energy, aerospace, and advanced manufacturing.
While still in school, he advanced from Sourcing Intern to Engineering Global Supply Manager for NPI at Base Power Company, where he supports new product introduction and drives supply chain execution in a fast-paced, technical environment.
He has also built hands-on experience through roles at Lockheed Martin, Tesla, and Celsius — strengthening his background in supplier management, sourcing, and operations across complex, multi-tier supply chains.
Hayden is especially interested in the future of energy, infrastructure, and advanced technology, and in the operational strategies that help transformative companies scale.

Leads global sourcing and supplier development for new product introduction at a residential and commercial BESS manufacturer. Spans procurement operations, cost engineering, customs/compliance documentation, and supply chain execution across a fast-paced hardware development environment.
